Maurice K. Williams is a solo practitioner with offices in Long Island and Riverhead, New York. His practice focuses primarily on immigration law, including visa applications, removal defense, asylum, and consular processing. He graduated from Touro College Jacob D. Fuschberg Law Center, where he was the recipient of numerous honors, including the ABA-BNA Award for Excellence in Employment Law. He is a member of the American Immigration Legal Association (AILA) and is the Legal Redress Chair of the Town of Islip NAACP. He is an active member of several bar associations (e.g., ABA, NYSBA, NCBA, SCBA, LIHBA). In addition, he serves as a co-chair of the Suffolk County Bar Association Immigration Committee. He also sits on the Board of Directors for Immigration Legal Services of Long Island (ILSOLI), and is a former president of the Amistad Black Bar Association of Long Island. In 2008, he graduated from California State University, Los Angeles, cum laude, with a B.A. in Spanish Language and Literature. Maurice lives in Central Islip, New York with his wife, Angie, and children, Brandon and Amber Rose.
